Teachers should first follow the steps for creating a subject note, and then use the publish feature.
- The publish feature is located at the base of your Editor, and you only need to 'tick' the publish box.
To unpublish already published notes, click 'edit' from the My Desk viewer, then 'untick' to unpublish.
You may unpublish to remove a note from public view while you edit the note, but this is not required.
Please remember, only teachers have the option to publish their note content to the public Notes Tab.
Currently, SBA's, general assignments and lesson plans cannot be published, but these can be shared.
1. From your My Desk Syllabus, open the note you intend to publish or unpublish, in the viewer.

2. Since this is a note you had created, click the 'edit' button to open the note in the editor.

3. Since the box is unticked, the note is not yet published. Tick the option box to publish the note.

4. Click 'save' to confirm the new published status of the note, and this takes effect immediately.

5. Newly published notes or recently update dated notes are highlighed on the homepage.

6. Only the five (5) most recent published or updated notes can be accessed from the homepage.

7. Once your note is published it will remain accessible from the Notes Tab until it is unpublished.

8. Your notes are stored in the notes syllabus under the same subject which they were created.

9. Your notes are stored in the notes syllabus under the same module which they were created.

10. Your notes are stored in the notes syllabus under the same topic which they were created.

11. Open the objective level to view your published note(s), and also those by other Teachers.

12. Clicking on your note will open the full-text view (for teachers) in the Notes Tab Viewer.

13. Notice, there is no 'add to My Desk' button, for teachers viewing notes in the Notes Tab.

14. Students' view. Only students subscribed to Economics will see an 'add to My Desk' button.
