My Desk Viewer displays the full-text for both added and personally created notes. Main functions include:

• Share - The share function lets users send a copy of a note to someone else via internal mail.

• Edit - The edit function is only available if you are viewing a personal note that you created.

• Delete - The delete function is only available if you are viewing a personal note you created.

• Print - This allows you to print any note page with reference, and in the best possible format.

• View in Popup - This allows you to open multiple notes in separate windows, for comparisons.
